Our proprietary scheme “GMP+ Certified” does not hold any relevance with any other external entity or product, either in the form of representation, membership or accreditation. This is purely a scheme developed by the institution, independent, and is so inscribed clearly within the issued certificates and our contractual documents.
The documents named in our certificates are purely proprietary documents and have no relation whatsoever with similar named or owned documents of any external entity. We are seeking means to specifically inscribe this on the certificate and other related documents to reinforce the clarity to the certified organization, in this context.
“GMP+ Certified” is an independent Process Certification scheme of Euro VERITAS Ltd. This document does not imply any partnership, membership, endorsement or representation as a member of a body called GMP+ International. The Logos used in the Certificates are Proprietary Logos of Euro Veritas Ltd.
We have strong objections to any wrong implications and erroneous inferences being falsely and/or incorrectly being self-derived and understood.
The Certificates are not to be construed as “documents issued by the Authorities of the Courts of Law”, and must not be treated as one. Every certificate is an attestation of a verified product or a system based on publicly available documents, combined with additional elements introduced by Euro Veritas based on industrial best practices benchmarked from various authentic sources.
